The prices of products on the website are in New Israeli Shekels and include VAT. Prices do not include shipping fees.

TRÉSO products are made to order; therefore, the company does not guarantee stock availability or the availability of models displayed on the website.

Order Process:

Products can be purchased on the website by adding items to the shopping cart from the product list or the product page itself and filling out all required details accurately in the order form, including payment details and shipping address.

TRÉSO reserves the right not to approve an order for any reason at its discretion.

Cancellation and Returns:

TRÉSO products are manufactured specifically on demand after payment and order confirmation.

Products purchased on the website can be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt, provided that the product meets the following conditions:

- The product has not been used and is in its original packaging with original tags.

- The product is undamaged.

-The customer will send the product via registered mail, ensuring proper packaging. The customer bears the shipping cost to TRÉSO's address which will be provided by email.

TRÉSO will not be responsible for any damage or loss incurred by the customer as a result of returning a product.

Upon receiving the product and verifying its compliance with the above conditions, a full refund will be issued according to the payment method used for the order, minus shipping fees and an additional 5% deduction from the transaction amount for credit card processing fees.

Delivery and Shipping:

Delivery times displayed on the website are for business days only and do not include weekends, holidays, or memorial days.

TRÉSO undertakes to dispatch the product for delivery within 7 business days.

The shipping cost to the customer's address is will be stated at checkout during the order process.

The delivery time from product dispatch is usually 3 business days within most parts of Israel and 5 business days to southern and northern locations. Delivery times are subject to the courier company's commitment and TRÉSO will not be responsible for any delays in product delivery due to the courier company or circumstances beyond TRÉSO's control.

Privacy:

TRÉSO does not store credit card numbers on the website. Credit card information transfer is encrypted using SSL protocol on the secure Wix platform and Paid-Grow payment service.

TRÉSO commits not to use customer details registered on the website except for website operation purposes and commercial notices with consent.

A customer who places an order on the website agrees for TRÉSO to send promotional messages and updates to the email address provided in the dedicated form.

TRÉSO will not be liable for any damages, whether direct or indirect, caused to the customer or anyone on their behalf, for events beyond its control or force majeure circumstances.
